should i make the switch?

im nearly 3 weeks into my cycle and having a few problems,gyno feeling sore and a bit lumpy.My course is like this
sus mon,prop 50 mg wed,sus fri
tren 75mg mon,wed,fri
got nolva at 80mg ed to try sort it and arimidex 1mged.
now here is the question, should i switch the sus for something else?
was thinking of putting 125mg of enth instead of the sus 250 or prop eod 75mg ?what do u think?really want this course to work for me.
got letro coming in a few days so gonna give that ago,how long before it works,and how should i add it ? thanks

Test is test, changing the ester isn't going to change the effect on gyno. You could lower the dose or up the anti-e's.
