IP Tabs.....Anygood?

I was wondering if IP tabs were anygood? VAR to be specific. If not which brand?

I have used their winny and liked it

On a site that I have ordered from it says that you should chew the IP tabs because they are pressed so hard that they have trouble disolving in your stomach.

I wouldnt touch any of their products. They have prove to have fallen off the deep end as far as consistent potency and so forth.........
