Which benadryl should i use to clean out the beta2 receptors? There's several kinds, so is there 1 particular kind to take?

Diphenhydramine is diphenhydramine the generic is just as good as *Benedryl*

Unless you are asking about benedryl vs another antihistimine.

Ive been seeing this benedryl thing lately....would someone just give me a quick description of what its for? I heard of people cycling it with clen.

do some research. The heading on this thread says it all. It helps clear out the beta 2 receptors that clen uses for fat loss.
