    Absolutely you can. You haven't said what your cycle is either. Alot of first timers experience joint pain after their first cycles. It happens when your muscles grow and become stronger than your connective tissues. With the addition of water retention in your joints (particularly with Deca ) these pains don't show up for two or three weeks post cycle (when you start to drop water weight). Winny 'can' exaserbate (sp'ing) the pain by drying up your joints.

    Whats your sport, and what cycle are you thinking of including Winny with?.
