just got hcg in.....distilled water?

I just got my HCG in and only the powder came. I emailed my guy back and asked him about the other part and he said just go to the store and get distilled water and that's the same thing as anti bacteria static water? Any truth to this? I dont want to end up getting screwed up from it.

You can make BW from distilled water, but I wouldn't use straight distilled. Look in the educational forums for how to make it. It's just BA and some filtering.
