Finishing cycle

Hello everyone I am on my 7th week of my Sustanon-500/D-BOL cycle. I started the D-bol the 6th week and I'm only throwing it in for another 2 weeks. I'm planing on tapering down on the Sustanon to about 375 the 8th week then 300 the 9th then 250 the 10th. I was told not to start Nolvadex until I'm into the 7th day off the cycle. How many weeks should I go on after that, I've read to go about 2 to 3 weeks of 20mg a day is that correct? This has been my first cycle and any additional input would be greatly appreciated. why are you tapering it down? Nolva should have been ran throughout the cycle (or at least on hand if you notice gyno). You should run CLOMID as your PCT (+the nolva)........start clomid 18 days after last sus inject. read here http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=94626

dont taper, keep it consistant flux in hormone lvls.. BAD.

I heard tapering down was good to dotowards the end , to give your natural testost back up normally?
I have nolva on stand by but haven't had to use it because I haven't noticed anything strange.
