Now we all know that deca alone is not good, and that you are supposed to add test with it....but i'd like to hear from some people who have actually done a deca only cycle before. Don't be afraid to admit it!!

What kind of results did you get? How did you feel overall?

why even ask this question??? regardless even if they felt fine, your testoserone is shut down, robbing yourself from an important hormone in the male body.

would like to hear the same.... deca is very similar to eq fro everything that ive read..many have posted on eq cycles...deca is supposed to be known for the QUALITY gains u get from it with much less water retention then with test with clomid proper pct.nolv throughout why not make really good gains ?

When very high dos-ages are taken over a prolonged period, spermatogenesis can be in-hibited in men, i.e. the testes produce less testosterone. The reason is that Deca-Durabolin, like almost all steroids, inhibits the release of gonadotropins from the hypophysis.

My first cycle was 200mg per week and 35mg of dbol per day for 4 weeks and I gained a solid 12lbs

ah oh??? r the u HAVE to take test myths busted?? are all the reviews of deca being a very good mass and strength builder and high ability to keep gains true ?? The classic deca dbol cycle being a very very good gainer not a myth?

DECA alone is not a good idea trust me. I Finished my cecle about two months ago of 300 deca a week and 250 enatat twoce a week. I started DBOl for the first 5 weeks. I was able to gain 22 lbs. I took 10 mg of nolva a day to make sure i would not get gyno. After my cycle I did proper pct. I took 20 mg of nolva and 300 mg of clomid 1 day, 100 mg for 10 days and 50 mg for 10 more days. After two months of finishing my pct i am still shut down. I did a 12 week cycle and it was not a good idea. I had blood work down last week and the results where not good. My free test is at 7.6 when it should be between 40.0-150.0. My total test was at 99 l when it should be between 189-1111. The doc prescribed my Androgel which is testasterone in a gel. i have to rub it on my shoulders every day for 30 days to see if my levels come back. If not I will be sent to a specialist. Well i still want to do another cycle but I will probaly wait to my levels come back to normal before I start and i will probaly not inclde deca at all and ill make it shorter. Well just thought I would share my story. Good luck to all!

age??? how much dbol??? did u check your levels BEFORE u did your cycle to see what your test was then??? maybe it was below avg beofre your cycle anyway...not uncommon... most the deca dbol stacks i see r between 6-8 weeks

also DO NOT forget....... test stops endogenous production of natural test just as deca if not more!....remember even if u had taken test with that cycle u would STILL have the same problem only difference is u would have had higher test levels during your cycle...... So you would be n the same situation your in right now

Now it is true that taking deca alone will produce results, there are many reasons not to. when deca is taken it will shut down htpa. (natural test production) now whit this you will get all kinds of not nice side effects,
limp dick, lack of aggression, lethargy and so on. also with the lack of test the body will have a hard time trying to solidify the gains made.
now just because some people take deca only and dont get bad side, it is a roll of the dice. everyone reacts to horemones differently.
also with the use of test I believe the body has an easier time to recover.
the faster you recover the more gains are kept.
Back in the day test was harder to get and very expensive. these days it is cheap and all over the place, so why not use it? for an extra $100 bucks
you will get better results and the cycle will be easier on the system.

Just a sidenote...... wouldnt the body have a harder time adjusting going from 500mg of test to almost nothing within a period of a week ......from test....rather then going from natural level of say of 150-300 down to 90 from deca?

when deca shuts you down there is no test production.
when you come off a long ester test, as the blood levels drop
the body will start to produce again. the use og clomid will
speed up the prosess, so the body is not at low levels for
very long. with deca, who knows how long it will take

Why does it take longer to recover from deca than it would test? Is it because deca stays in your system for such a long time? (it can be detected in a blood test for over a year after you stop)

lets say you take 500mg test-e/week. test-e is in the blood stream for around 2 weeks. when you stop taking it your blood levels will slowly drop over the 2 week period. when you body sences a dropping level it will start to produce again. with deca that is not the case. some people recover fast and some dont. I have heard about people haveing problems for up to a year.
maby that is due to the length of time it stays in the system.

Posts like this have been on the boards all the time. people ask about deca only cycles and get the same answers. even if people cant explain it personal experience will say that test is important in any cycle. boards like this are great because it keeps us from making the mistakes others have already suffered through. I dont know if I included all the proper info in my posts but take it from me, I have had enough friends get ****ed up from deca only.
the experience and info is here for you so do some reading and make a smart decison.

I donno, for most people deca is twice as expensive as test, but your gains are only 1/2 what they could be with deca test. The combination of deca/test is the best muscle grower combination possible. Deca alone... no so great of gains. Deca is so great because its the only steroid that will grow and build up your bone joints, ligiments, bursal sack, etc so your bones adapt quickly with the rapid growth of muscles caused by the testosterone. Everyone should do deca/test cycle as one of their early cycles, also tollerance build up is not that bad, very low on aggression/roid rage, low on hair loss. If I were you kid, spend the extra $40 to 100 to get equal to greater MG in test to go wth the deca and do yourself right.

ALso you should know testosterone takes 3 weeks to shut down your HTPA. Deca shuts it down the same day as your first injection! Tren does it in 2 to 3 days. Deficiency of testosterone can cause bad sexual side effects and also robs you of potential growth from the deca because you are suffering severe testosterone deficiency the whole time you are on deca only cycle. This means depression, feeling like crap, no sex drive what so ever, etc. Actually most guys find feeling sexy and wanting to be sexier is a big motivator in the gym. You will tend to no workout as hard and as much because you feel clinical depression, etc when you are testosterone deficient.

Hmmm Well you know Deca is the hardest steroid to get, hardest to synthesize the powder, etc, etc so many underground labs and mexican labs have sold oil based winny, anavar injectable or even EQ labeled as deca. Also deca is the most often underdosed gear of all. Its not unheard of for brands like Shanghai Labs deca to be labeled as 250 mg deca and have it tested to find out its 90 mg deca and 90 mg EQ mixed!! Many underground labs and mexican companies have done this. SO basically sounds like you possibly got one of these fake deca, probably the oil based winny, got some growth but winny is not big on shutting down your HTPA, nor would looooow dose deca or EQ's be so vigourous to shut down HTPA.

I did the shanghai labs deca and it was bogus, now I am on this DEP deca and whoa, what a difference to be on a deca labeled as 300 mg but probably really has 320 mg, slightly overdosed. I aint never growed before like I am doing now on the real deca!
