Just drink it bro. Split up your dosages to three a day for a total of 50 mg's ed. Halflife is about 8 hours for winstrol. Hope this helps.

do you trust your source? it wouldnt matter if you drank or injected it. you will see results both ways. also the injectable version of winny has a half life of 1 day and the oral version has a half life of 9 hours
