cutting advise from you experts please

my friend left harlequins last year and is pretty cut as it is. he now wants to put on a little size but really get as cut as he can. what supplements can you boys reccomend.
oh, he doesnt want any major side effects, and isnt really bothered about productive strength. haveing been paid to smash up his body for 2 years, he wants to get it looking as hot as possible

I suggest you, ahem, I mean "he" lists his diet in the diet forum so people here can take a look at it.

That is the focus of the "body" he is after, not what he can take. Taking things is not the answer.
