It saves on jabs. Also sometimes it makes a painful drug less painful to shoot by diluting it with other AAS.

you can even mix test and winny in the same syringe too. you just have to be careful when injecting because one will be hard (oil) to push in the other (water)will be easy. usually i inject winny 1st and when its done its harder to push test rather than vice versa.
