200 lbs - around 15% BF.
Prior to this I have ran EQ and Winne. Here is my proposed 2nd cycle. My goal is to gain lean mass and keep the bloat from deca down to a minimum.
wk 1-13: Test E - 500mg , spilt in 2 shoots , Mon and Thur
wk 1-12: Deca - 400mg , spilt in 2 shoots , Mon and Thur
10mg nolva througout - to prevent gyno
Letro throughtout - how much should i take? I really want to try and reduce bloating as much as possible
PCT - Clomid, Clen
