why are amps more expensive than vials?

I've been researching the online pharms(I know; risky, blah blah blah , find a domestic source , blah blah blah) <---but that's all easier said than done. Anyway why is it cheaper to buy one 10ml vial of test than it is to buy ten 1ml amps. I mean nobody does 1ml of anything so what's the point of paying more money and having to f@#* with 20 or 30 glass amps. But most of the time they are different brands so am I just seeing the better quality gear in the amps? just wondering.

because 10ml vials are usually underground labs where amps are made from human grade pharmaceutical companies.......
