when do I inject?

If i was running Test E @ 500mg per week along Deca @ 300mg per week, on what days would you inject?

I was thinking:

Monday:
Test E - 250mg in right delt
Deca - 150mg in left delt

Thursday:
Test E - 250mg in left glute
Deca - 150mg in right glute

Please correct me if i am wrong or suggest other ways/times to inject....thanks.

Thats correct, but you can put the Test and Deca in one syringe and shoot only once on each day

Yeah Monday and Thursdays are ok.

I do mine on Tuesdays and Fridays, same thing.

Mon/Thurs is good. If you are going to shoot 2x per week, that equates to 1 injection every 3.5 days. That would be Monday night and again Thursday morning.

Yes, mix the 2 in the same syringe.

Er, no. Monday evening and thursday night are 2-1/2 days apart. Try Monday morning and Thursday Evening. If the morning/evening stuff is a pain and you want to shoot the same time every day, just forget about the 7 day week thingie and shoot E3D or E4D. Crunch the numbers and adjust the dose as desired.
