i would take the sus at least every 3 days and the deca twice a week and you will c changes within a month and don,t forget to take nolvadex and to do a hcg at the end of your cycle

Bro I would be lookng for the changes to occur after the 4tn week. But you should get some pretty descent gains off this cycle.
