Clenbuterol help please

Just got my liquid clen today. How do you accuratley dose this? How many mcg's are in a certain amount. I can measure it in a syringe. Please let me know so I can figue out how much to take. Thanks

well if you got it from ar-r, then 1 squirt = 20mcg
if not, then 20mcg = 1/10 of a cc, if it's 200mcg/ml

i just use a 1ML syringe to measure mine ... i pop the needle off and use it as an oral syringe.... also if u havent done so i reccomend u read Hookers Post on Clen usage.
