bro that is a lousy first cycle
if i were you i would go with
the basics
500mg test e or test c per week for 10-12 wks
injected 250mg every 3.5 days

if you are dead set on using the sust shoot it every 3rd day
i would go with every other day but for your first cycle every third will be just fine

nope straight test e or c
(i preffer test e)
and make sure to take nolvadex at 10mg per day with your cycle
and do not forget clomid for pct

agreed. a single ester test alone for cycle one will be your best bet. i would hold off on everything else. sust is test, but i wouldn't recommend it for a first timer. i think fewer injections is better for a first timer so they can get used to the injection procedures.

I agree doing whinny is not for the faint of heart. It needs to be done at least every other day and sometimes the stuff is so milky it was hard to make sure there was no air in the works.

Bro if your going to keep the sustanon I promise youll see more gains keeping the way you have it rather than shooting E3D with only ten shots. I would suggest you getting a single ester test like cyp or enanthate to do. Also how much EQ do you have avaliable? Just let us know what your going to stick with and will try to guide you in the right direction as much as we can.

Thanks, ya i have plenty of EQ..I have 2 cycles worth of sus,winny,and eq along with clomid.

This is what i orginally was planning on doing, but let me know if you have a better idea...
week 1-10- sus 250 250/week (should i do more, like 250 every 4 days?)
week 6-12 winstrol depot 50/eod ( or 100 twice a week ?)
week 14-16 clomid 100mg/ed for first week then 50mg to finish up..
probally gonna stick with the sus because already have it..(money thing)
but if you guys have any better ideas please let me know...thanks for your time..

Just shoot the sust every 3.5 days and accept the fact that you wont be benefitting from the prop. Should be a solid cycle. Oh...and the winstrol needs to be ED.
