...Man I did the shoulder inject and its hard!!!!!!!My ass is so easy (absolutely no pun intended) :blush: ..I have no problem reaching around to shoot in my ass. I have the injection site of where to shoot but, how do you guys reach around and shoot into shoulder heads?? BTW the Phat one is staying right here...MPA

I just did some delt shots, it hurts like hell but I can easily reach them, aspirate, and inject. No problem!!

This is how i do delts:
I sit in my desk(right here where i'm sitting now) put my elbow on the desk so that my forearm, wrist and hand(palm down) is resting in front of me. relax your shoulder, stick. It's very hard for me to reach my delt with my arm by my side, so i do it this way^^
Hope this helps. BTW, biceps are just as easy...
Other than getting around scar tissue, why in the world would you want to shot anywhere other than the quad or glut? You guys lose me when you shoot in all these strange locals.

Then I started shooting in my left pec, a fave now (I did the right but got a huge bruise since Im right handed and shot with the left and it sucked)
Tri's are easy as ****e as well
NEVER DONE A GLUTE shot
calves are easy

Quads is the easiest place hands down. Shoulders are pretty easy too but they get more sore afterwards. There are tricks to a smooth inject. Make sure the muscle is warm and massage the spot directly after the shot. Maybe warm the oil up....
