Harden up ones body? I know diet and exercise are the best ways, but I can't seem to get my muscles hard.. I am 26 6’1 185lbs 12% bf and been working out 8 years. I’ve been using clen and e/c/a for about 2 months and it has helped, but I still feel I have a long way to go. Any idea’s on what the best yet safest gear I could use to help harden me up? while where on this... i've always wanted to know how long the hardness effects from winny or var or primo last? Assuming all things constant... do the muscles stay hard post cycle for years, sorry if this is a dumb question, but I have always wondered and never had it answered.
i thought that fina converets to proestrogen very easy, right, so you could still get gyno from it, but if you take winny which is a anti proestrogen then this helps the situation ?? mabye im wrong, any comment s also bump for nightop's ?
fina doesn't convert to progesterone, it just binds to the progesterone receptors and activates it. winny also binds to these receptors, but it doesn't activate them, so it occupies them and prevents fina from binding. however, your body has a shitload of progesterone receptors and you won't be able to take enough winny to block all these receptors.
fina gyno is rare.
