Best size cycle.....
hey all check this im gonna leave to play football in aug and i need to know the best thing to take without a **** load of side effects cuz im trying to gain at least 20 and really more like 30 cuz i know if w/e i gain ill proly lose 5-8 lbs of it so i needa gain like 30 really so ill have agina at least 20-24 solid weight that will stay with me after its all said n done.....
Im going to take test e but i cant decide wut i should take with it im gonna do 500mg's a week of the test e.....
i was thinking about d-bol but i know keeping gains on d-bol is for **** and i heard its pretty **** toxic to ur liver i dont wanna take winny cuz its to much $$$ and i was looking at primo possibly are there e others yall can think of to take and get the gains im wanting besides tren or anadrol im 19 by the way and my stats are:
height-6'0
weight-188

wanting to gain 30lbs of solid weight, but not wanting to expose your self to any sides is a bit of a contradiction.
my mass cycle is test cyp, anadrol , and fina. i deal with the sides as they arise.

HOld the phone I just re-read your post and you say your 19 years old? Forget about aas for the time being, you can gain that weight naturally with a good diet and training regimen at yoiur age. Check out the diet forum, if your 6'0" and only 188 you gan easily get to 220 naturally with proper diet. I'll wager you THINK your diet is good but IT REALLY ISNT, trust me.

i gaind 35kg on my first cycle 2 years ago with 500mg enerth/week only.
no pct and my gain vanished
now i now better

nope whit good diet and after 10 weeks I got insane and took like 1g-1.5g/week in 6 weeks and thats why i lost it all
so not 3.5 kg and its not a lie. but when i stared my second cycle whith750mg/week i happend nothing at all gain as you said like 3.5 kg in 5 weeks bad as hell.

and ofcorse not only in muscle rate alot of fat. my BF was about 18% and thats alot if you ask me. geez looked fat hehe peace

ive done 2 cycles before my first was just 8 weeks of test e 500mg's per week my second was the same but last 10 weeks and included deca with it 400mg's per week of the deca....you said i could gain that naturally can i do it naturally in about 2-3 months becuase if i can lol thats wow gr8t and for tha dude who said he will WAGER one my diet lol here ya go bro have fun with this
breakfast:
6 egg whites
2 egg yolks
1 cup oat meal
1 banana
2 cups of milk
snack:
peanut butter sandwich
protein shake
Lunch:
1 can of tuna
peanut butter sandwich
weight gainer shake
Snack:
protein shake
bagel with peanut butter and about 3.5-4 oz's of meat on it
1/2 rice
Dinner:
10oz of either steak or chicken breast or pork
baked potato
salad
2 cups of milk
