nolvadex

I have 20mg nolvadex ..i only want to take 10mg a day.my question is can i take 20mg eod or do i need to split them up and take ed....thanks for the help

i have the same problem i have 40 mg caps . the question is could i take 40 mg eod ?

I think thats overkill, unless youre in pct in which case you could cut it in half and take 20mgs ED.

EOD is perfectly fine because a nolvadex dose actually lingers in your body for up to 3 days. EOD is preferred unless you are fighting gyno progression.
