so if im on 1 gram/wk of prop, should i just stop the prop abruptly when switching to sust, or should i keep running the prop at 1/2 the dose for 1 week with the sust since sust has a little bit of prop in it already?

why would you run prop and sust? i can see prop and enanthate so you can kickstart it a bit, but the sust has blend of 4 different test esters.....
