Nolva during test-e

Is it necessary for a person that is not prone to gyno to take 20mg of nolva during a test-e 500mg cycle (10 wks). Do most people do it, or skip the step?

I'm starting a cycle next week and doing 10mg ed, but more to help with bloating. I don't think I'm gyno prone.

most people DO take an anti E throughout a cycle to prevent any of the femenizing symptoms that can occur

I like to keep nolva on hand during a cycle but I don't ever have a need for it other than pct

Well I use anti-e's do to the fact I'm very prone to the sides. Some do like me and take 'em, some don't but it's a good idea to have them on hand incase the sides start to flare up that way you're prepared.

same here im prone so i take them anyway on all cycles big or small better be safe than sorry

just stick to 10mg/ed if your not prone to gyno if your concerned about the bloat
