First Clen cycle, want to make sure I'm doing it right

Hi all,
I'm going to be doing a clen experiment for the first time. I want to make sure I'm doing it right. I've read hooker's info like 5 times, and it provided me with most of my answers. So this is what I'll be doing:
-Going to be ordering the liquid clen from AR-R
-I'll be running the clen in my lab for at least 6 weeks
-I'll start off with 20mcgs 3 times a day, then increase the dose gradually.
-I'll administer Benadryl every night during the 3rd and 6th week
-Administer 1.5 to 2 gals. of water per day
-My big question comes with administering the dose. How much comes out with each squirt? Or should I use a syringe to be on the safe side.

and just so I know I'm correct: 200mcg /ML means that .1mL=20mcgs?
