my prop was about 5 days. the fina i didn't feel but my buddy commented on how much the weight i was lifting went up from the week before. same cycle.

about 6-9 days, for strength. weight gain depends on diet. I got hard as hell on my last cycle and only put on 8-10lbs. but bf was 7's
