B12 complex

I can find a ton of places that sell B12 complex... but it has some B1 and other B vitamins in it as well!... The one thing is that its cheap... $4 for 250MG @ 1000MCG

Can I use this or should I fine PURE b12... which a few places do have, but for much more!!!!!!

what's the difference? it's like asking a question whether u should take vitamin A or a multivitamin. as long as it's 1000mcg, then what's the difference if there's more B vitamin in there? buy it. good price.
