I would wish to ask you a question about l\' use of the lasix before a competition.
I would like to know which proportioning is effective and knowledge the potassium qu\' amount it is also necessary to use with this duretic being with the signal the day of the contest.

i always use aldactone before a competition
this is a milder diuretic,not so harsh on the kidneys.

ok i didnt know about that they were givven to me anyway soo i dont mind no loss to me.

aldactone are these legal? do you know where i can get them if i may ask? like the drugstare or somthing? what about the ones at the drugstore i think there called diuretex or somthing?

I rarely see guys using lasix anymore.

Some will use lasix the evening before and the morning of the contestif they feel they need. They will also use aldactone on the wed,thur and fri assuming the contest is on saturday.

Alot of BB's use em for Contest Prep, ive heard. I also herd if you do abuse them it is vary dangerous.

Does anybody know if you can get aldactone over the counter?

From what you guys are saying aldactone is better then lasix.

How much lasix would you use a day and for how long, my package doesnt come with instructions? They are 40mg Tabs.

Vegas...why do you plan on using diuretics?

If I don't have tren in a cycle, I'll use lasix on days before I go to the beach or pool. If my blood pressure is rising, I'll use it to keep retention down and get my BP stabilized.

I have never gone higher than 40mg, and that is with knowing exactly how I respond to that dosage.

Diuretics are not something to mess with unless you really have a reason and understand the implications they carry.

well i was just trying to get some answers , cause i dont know much about them. i heard they can be good if you dont abuse them.. plus i have some water retension and thought it might help a bit and now im hearing it can also lower BP. Thats a good thing I would think.

I dont know if im gonna use them or not,like i said they were givven to me . If I choose not to use them, ide still like to know about diuretics..

So just out of curiosity the dosage ?
And for how many days?

Ive read that thread left by gerkie66 by one of the mods here, it was an older thread but he suggested to supplement with magnesium & potassium for every X amount of urination.. is that a good rule of thumb.He doesnt say how much an average dose would be or for how many days.
