    Is this a true statement about DNP

    "The more carbs you eat ,the more you sweat ,the more fat you burn/lose" ??????

    first part is true. 2nd part is partially true, but only to a certain extent.

    and when you say to an extent thats when the user ups the dosage?
    are long cycles more effective than a 3day blitz cycle?

    to an extent meaning, you'll burn more fat with more carbs to an extent. in short, dietary carbs supplies a key ingredient necessary for initiating the one of the first steps of lipid breakdown in the citric acid cycle. the more carbs you eat the more you supply your body with oxaloacetate, or the "initiator" and the more easily fat will be burned, but there is only so much oxaloacetate your body needs to initiate lypolysis. if you keep feeding your body carbs, you will ingest too many calories and defeat the purpose.

    without exception, if you eat more calories than what you can burn (through exercise or chemicals) you can not lose fat. i guess one exception would be surgery...

    hehe thx for the info,many people recommend 50%carbs 40% protein 20% fat,what do you think ?

    the 50% carb is a good ratio, but you need to make sure to keep the total calories in check. don't eat more than a maintainance amount of calories.
