GrapeSeed Oil

Anybody knows if the grapeseed oil sold at http://www.lemelange.com is ok to homebrew with? It doesn't say anything about preservatives or anything, I am not sure if I should or not?

This is what it says about it:
"A nice massage oil due to is lightness and odorless qualities. Absorbs easily through the skin. May also be used to remove makeup and as a general skin cleanser."

I asked them about the grapeseed oil and they said it IS NOT Sterile!

it does not need to be sterile if you are going to home bro. you will be backing it your self so it does not mater

I heat it a bit so it is easier to go through the filter but isn't BA what actually sterilize it? Am I good to go with that oil or no anybody?

i believe when brewing, you put the bottles in the oven for like 10 minutes @ like certain temps to serilize your solution... then when u run it threw a filter into a sterile bottle. your good to go.

when you add the BA and when you filter it, you're fine......even if it is USP sterile oil, once you open the bottle up and begin to make your gear, its exposed to air and not sterile anymore.......the main worry is getting particles like dust and what not outtathere.....you'll be fine

There oil is fine you filter your gear when you put it in the vials. i just go to walmarts or meijers for my oils there in the cooking oil section.

I use there grapeseed oil in all of my products.
