If i'm planning on frontloading test e and i'm running it at 500mg a week (250 mon & 250 thurs) would I double monday's to 500mg and resume 250 on thurs or would I double thurs. also?

I would rather frontload by increasing the frequency of injections, rather than increasing the dosage of each shot. IOW, if you will be doing 500mg/week shooting 2x/week, for a few days to 250mg ED. Then for another week or so, do 250mg/EOD. Then go 250mg E3D for a week or two, and finally go to twice a week at 250mg.
