Can a good bulk cycle hinder running enduance?
If one is on their bulk cyc but must keep strong running time, can the magic juice reduce time due to the 'Pump' that builds in the legs after a period of time.
Yes it can effect mass build some but what about heart rate, endurance times, etc;time to maintain is running distance of 4 miles w/in 30min
