my first cycle

hey guys

i have been looking at the forum for a while and i am abit confused.
i am looking to start my first steroid cycle and was thinking of using test and deca but i am unsure as to what dosage to take and the duration to take it.
i have looked through the forum and the website and alot of things are conflicting some people say to do a 12 week course and some say an 8 week course. can some one help me clear this up?

Most people usually do test only on their first cycle, and it usually has a duration of about 10 weeks. I would also say about 500 mgs. a week.

i am 21, 5 foot 10 and weigh 224 pounds at 15% bodyfat. i have been training for two years and have hit a wall tried changing routine got a few results but nothing major. is 8 weeks to short for my first course? ive heard i should be taking about 500mg of test and 400 of deca is this right?

stick with test ONLY. this needs to be the base of all cycles, and you need to know how you react to it alone. Test ONLY!!!

8 weeks not enuff should run the longer actin tests for 10-12(or more if expirienced).
1st tme user i would say 500mg test e weekly,split into 2 shots mon-thur.
before you start any course make sure you read up about pct and antis and get wat you need(nolva n clomid + any other antis you may need).good luck,happy juicin,just remember research!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

can keep reading info off websites all day but believe that i am better off speaking to people who have done it. what dosage do you think i should take for antis and should i take something like nolvadex all cycle or just if i need it?
is 500mg the minimum i should take or just a guide?

better from people who have done it? bro this site is FULL of people who have done it. We are looking out for your health. nolva won't help deca sides, and 500mg is a max for a first timer.

500mg/wk is not the minimum, I normally suggest to people wanting to do a first cycle between the 350-500mg/wk range
