clen dosing???

Just picked up some clen (100 mcg/ml 60ml) N it came with a squirter inside the bottle, but it has no mesurements on it. My friend told me it is 20 mcgs per full squirt, but the squirter goes all the way down to the bottom of the bottle, so im thinking 1 squirt it more then 20 mcgs, should i just go to the pharmacy n pick up one that is marked:

my bottle is 100mcg/ml so i just need to find a squirter that has 1/5 of a ml, n 1/5 would be 20 mcgs?
