Hello everone i am new to this board and this is my second post. i was thinking about doing a cycle of just winny, but after reading alot, i was informed that it is worth less for wat i am looking for. I am looking to lose bf and cut up. I am 5"11 215 15 to 20%bf. Do u take te clen oral or inject it. I am sorry i dont know, but it is better to be safe then sorry. Ihope u guys will take the time to answer
