    B6

Why do a lot of steroid cycles recommend 200mgs B6 as well?

because certain steroids cause progestrone gyno, and this helps combat it. There isnt a need to use B6 if your running test, its more for when you start running deca and tren and compounds like that.

I can say it does help CTS....My doc told me to start taking it when I went in to check on a pint in my arm/ wrist. I didn't have CTS fully yet but he said I could develop it. I started taking the B6 and the pain went away. At one time, it was dificult for me to do push ups because of the pain. Now nop prob and I've discontinued use.

High and long term doses of B6 have been PROVEN to cause NERVE DAMAGE. So what is a high dose. 200mg a day. What is long term in this context anything over 3 months.

I would not recommend doing it for longer then 3 months...

Taken in large amounts (500mg to 5 grams) for months, vitamin B6 DOES cause SEVERE damage to nerve endings. Some cases of nerve damage have been reported at an intake of only 117mg a day. Fortunately, MOST but not all cases clear up spontaneously within six months of stopping supplementation.

Has anyone experience any sides from B6 ?

  13. #13
I really doubt you would unless your using it a long time and it would be gradual deterioration and nerve damage. Nothing you could compare to sides from AAS. If your doing high doses for 3 months you have nothing to worry about just don't keep the doses high for the longer term..
