    An appology

    Yo the board has grown well and I havent been checking the site out lately. Well the truth goes I just wanted to get away from this life style for a while and give my body a long needed break. Im alot smaller now but im raring to go and start a week cycle. Sorry to anyone who e-mailed or pm'd me and sorry to the other mods for not being around. Take it easy guys and see you around.
