Clen/T3...Sorry, but Yet Another
I dread adding one more thread to this mass on this topic. However, there are so many threads it becomes difficult to some degree to find information. Information overload if you know what I mean. I realize cardio and diet are first and foremost in shedding bodyfat. I also understand that a target fat loss is roughly around 1.5 - 2 lbs per week if diet is right and cardio is regular.
If one were to introduce Clen and T3 into the mix, what would be the target drop in bodyweight. Again assuming diet and cardio are optimal and currently using Test to preserve muscle.
Is the increase 10%? 15%? or more.
Anyone with experience or knowledge.
