weeks 1 -13 Tren 75mg EOD
weeks 1 - 10 sust 125mg EOD
weeks 6- 13 anavar 50mg ED
ultimately i was aiming to cut with this while gaining lean muscle
but some guys have said that it may be good to bulk for the first part of the cycle
i was thinking about 100mg drol weeks 1 - 4
this is my 3rd cycle
my diet will look like this
weeks 1 - 4: very high carbs, high protein, low fat
Training heavy - 3- 8 rep range
1 - 2 days cardio per week 30 - 45mins
weeks 5 - 12: low carbs, very high protein, medium fat
training in 8 - 12 rep range, incl drop and super sets
cardio 5 days a week 1 hour each
any comments?
