I advise taking it all in one dose right before bed. This way it helps you avoid some of the "emotional" sides that go along with it.. As far as food goes.. it doesn't matter one bit.

As it only has an active life of 8-12 hours wouldn't it be more advisable to take it in a split dosage for better effects

I don't know where you got that it only has an active half life of 8-12 hours.. but you're wrong..

Clomid has a 5-7 DAY half life.... and certain compounds of the medication have up to a two week half life...

Sure U can. I do that with most, But U did ask.
I plan on taking my clomid @ night as well....why not??

i read it only had a 8-12 hour active life in chemical muscle enhancement. but thanks for the heads up, i guess it just goess to show how good this board is able to educate others and keep each other up 2 date.

mine at night because I wear contacts,but may need to
stop it. I plan to run it the way hooker recommends, and
go from there....
