just did my fisrt inj of test and it didnt go too well.
1. i forgot to wipe down the vial
2.i couldnt get the pin in so i made like 10 holes and my ass is all busted up
3.how much air bubbles are bad, when i aspirated i drew in some bubbles
4.im nervous and im kind of buggin out right now, my throat feels funny and im really spaced out, nervous,
am i ok
i shot it like 20 minutes ago, would i kno by now if something was badly wrong

Relax. You are just feeling anxiety.
1. Always practice safe, sterile methods. Go through a ritual of wiping down the vial, hands and surface to be injected, with seperate alchohal swabs.

2. First time jitters. Each time you puntured the skin, the needle became duller so it hurts more and more. Next time just sink it in on the first try.

3. You are supposed to see air bubbles when you asspirate. Means you are in muscle. You are good to go.

THe only real error you made was not wiping down your vial. Other than that, you are OK.

your throat is probably a figment of your imagination... you seem to be doing things properly, except of course wiping down your vile. don't worry be happy

ok bros im feelin better now, i just had to sit down and chill for a while i guess it was just anxiety
