sust and dbol cycle concern =(
I had like 160ish dbols I really cant remember how long i was on the dbols but i was takin 6 a day for probly 3 weeks or so but i had 15 amps of sust righ now i have left only 3 amps and im taking them every monday and thursday... I havent really gained any weight to make a huge diffrence but my strength has deff gone up im wondering if i should get more amps of sust? because i feel like i havent gotten the best out of the sust yet... last time i took sust i went from 188 to 201...but went bac down to 190 cus i was a newb and didnt do a post cycle..so now im currently 201 again so the question is should i get more sust? if so how many more?

im currently 5'8 201lbs and im taking 500mg of sust a week . finished the dbols like 2 weeks ago so im strickly on sust now. I do i work out mon-thurs for 3 to 4 hours. im happy with my size and all even b4 i juiced people thought i juiced but i just dont think im getting the most out of my sust i have 3 left and havent seen like WOW results size wise but strength wise i have

is that 3-4 hours a day!!! If so thats the reason you arent growing at all!

i been training like this for a long time and i've gotten alot of gains i used to be real fat i was 225 dropped to 160 and got up to 188 natural so i duno i've always worked out 3 hours sometimes 4 depending on the body parts and ive made gains . i just wana kno if i should get more sust cus i kno da sust takes a long time to kick in so is 15 not enouth? im ready to get more but i need to know how many more amps should do it i already have my pct ready and all unlike last time i took sust alone i went from 188 to 201 then back down to 190 lol but now im ready

How long have you been taking the Sust? How many weeks?

I suggest you figure out your workout routined first. I dont like to go more then 55-60 minutes while lifting weights. After a certain point your test levels drop significantly while your cortisol levels go up.

about 6 weeks... i had 15 amps taking 2 a week - mon& thurs now i have 3 left..

3-4 hrs a day?? ummmm overtraining! im in wk. 6 of that same cycle of dbol /sust.. i like my gains so far... now is when the sust is really kickin in.

na i have nolva in hand tho i havent had any sides when i was the dbols just my left nipple botherd but that went away

You shouldn't have started your cycle with only 15 amps in the first place!
Thats only about enough to go 7 weeks at 2 amps per week. That stuff is just starting to kick in now, and you will be wishing you waited until you had at least 20 to begin with, (that would be a 10 week cycle).
