should one who is really uping their dosages take the anti-e's or wait until needed?

cause if you wait until it's needed don't you have to take about 80mg(nolvadex ) to start then 20mg ed for the rest of the cycle?

wouldn't that lower the effect of the juice compared to 10mg/ed (nolvadex)
what are some of the viewpoints?
include duration of treatment, type of anti'e, dosages.
