need suggestions?
Currently in my 8th week of a sust 125eod/ deca 400/a week cylcle. Taking 10mg nolv/day. Eating a 3500-4500 calorie, high protein, very balanced diet. Ive put on about 17 lbs in the first six weeks(178-195lbs, 9%bf), but in weeks 7 and 8, ive been loosing wieght(6 lbs). Ive kept everthing else constant. My question is, I bought enough sust for a 12 week cycle, would it help if I bumped up the sust to 750/week, and just end my cycle at 10 weeks, or should I keep it at 125eod for 12 weeks. I have expirienced NO side effects from either the deca or the sust! Any suggestion or comments would be appreciated

Having you been increasing your strength consistenly? Changed anything in your diet? Tried increasing your calories?

my strenghts keeps increasing, but i havent increased my calories over 4500

Ive always been about 9%bf, and I try to switch up my diet as much as possible, while trying to keep it healthy.

since I have expirienced no side effects at all, would it be ok to bump up the sust to 750/ week?

I try to stay away from the scale and just go by looks and feel, the scale drive me F**kn nuts!!!!

I don't think that the answer is more sust. I would definitely increase your calories by 300-500 and see if that will jump start your gains. If you aren't eating enough there is no way that the extra sust will help you.

ya I know im not losing any bf, ive had it tested a couple times in the past few weeks,

who would have thought a little machine could make you so angy. Thanks for the suggestions, ill try to raise my calories.
