Test E, and?? help

Im looking into a cycle for the summer. I want to put on some lean mass. I did a cycle of omnadren and dbol and gained some weight but it was mainly fat/water.

Im about 5'9 1/2 175lbs prob 8% body fat

I was 190lbs 2 months ago before i started changing my diet and trying to cut up. Im leaner now, and i want to put on some good quality muscle.

Im thinking about Test Enanthate 500mg a week.
My question is what else should i mix with Test Enanthate that will help me gain some good quality muscle? I know diet is a big role, but what steroid would be best for me to add with test E?

I'd like to be somewhere around 190 6% b/f.

EQ would be good. just make sure to run it longer than test e. i would say go with
wk.1-10 --> test e (500mg/wk)
wk.1-12 --> eq (400mg/wk)
wk.12 -->pct

thanks, what do you guys feel about winstrol added into the mix? or is there really not a need?

I would either go with what soo2bhuge suggested or run some tren with it. How many cycle have you ran before this. I into my 3rd week of tren and love it. The worst part was insomina(probably mispelled),but other than that it kicks ass. Lost 3% BF already. It can be used for a bulker or a cutter, but diet is everything.

but .. IF I WAS YOU .. i would up all the dosage extend it another 10 or so weeks and throw in some tren, anavar and GH .. :D

u can add the winny to the mix if u want or tren. depends on what u want to use tren for, bulk or cut. u can add winny at about wk8 and run it through wk.12

or u cna run both win/tren! and really get sic results.. lil harsh on system but you might survive...
