Roids and cardio??
guys, how much cardio do you do while on a cycle? startin in a couple days and just want to be sure im making the best of it, i was thinkin just 3 days a week moderate intensity about 30-45 minutes in the morning...im gonna eat fairly clean, is this enough to keep bloat off and fat at a minimum?

cardio does not eliminate water retention but will help with fat retention are you looking to cut or bulk

looking to bulk, 1st timer, 200lb about 8% bf.....

a little cardio is ok but don't over do it during a bulk cycle you don't wana burn up that hard earned muscle
