you can lean out with just diet and cardio
but i still wanna gain some size too
how old are you, what are your stats, how many cycles have you run, how long you been lifting, etc.
24, 6'2'' 245lbs, 20% BF, 3rd cycle 4 years
I'd pick a goal, either cut or bulk, don't try to do both.
Diet/cardio/training/rest will be the true key in any results you obtain.

well u need test when u run fina. u need test with every steroid cycle.run t-3 and clen if u want to lean up . but please do your research on the t3 and clen. can be dangerous if u arent careful

i have run them together but u need test with the fina or else big troubles. the fina will shut down natural test production so u need to replace it with an exogenos sourceQuote:
