    Question I have never used clen...have some questions

    I want to try clen , how well does this stuff really work? I woudl liek to cut some bf but i dont want to at the risk of losing muscle. When is the best tiem to take this, pct or when you on? I am trying to bulk and i am eating really clean my bf % is now at 13 which is freaking me out a little. I sound like a girl but still. I am on test cyp and deca and the last six weeks i am throing in wnny ed. what are your suggestions?

    forget clen . too much side effects. use ephedrine if u want a supplement to help cutting. diet is the key. btw deca isn t such a great cutting steroid ...

    wait a min ...why do u say that Clen has worse effects than Ephedrine?? Clen is much more friendly to the system than Ephedrine.

    oh really what about heart damage with clen ? never heard anything about it in connection with ephedrine...

    Do some research...and u will find a lot of issues about Ephedrine's side effects.

    clen works great for cutting and keeping muscle as it is anti catabolic.

    but i agree with***xxx*** i would never use it because of the possible sides(heart damage)
    i cant stand the shakes and sleepless nights i got from it also.

    Can someone fill me in here? What exactly are we talking about with regards to clen and ephedrine? What kind of side effects are we worried about?

    Each of them has advantagtes and disadvantages, and if someone wants to ask a specific question, or make a specific assertion about one vs. another, then I'd love to join the discussion.

    I have no knowledge to offer, other than
    the fact that I have been taking clen for
    some time, as most of u know.
    Other than the common shakes, and slightly
    elevated resting pulse, Im fine. I do monitor
    my bp 4-6x ED, along with pulse. I feel the
    "sides" are from people taking too much for
    their own system. Its easy to take too much...IMO
    I learned my tolerance w/ it, and stuck to it,
    closing in on 12 weeks in a few..couldnt be happier
    with the results.

    So personally, its abused, but needs to be respected as well

    just my 2cc worth

    If u mean either clen or ephedrine, I guess it
    all comes down to what U feel comfortable with using.

    ..having said that. If your only 13% BF
    a little cardio would go a long way...no
    need for anything..just a thought

    well..if I were U cardio. Why deal
    with any sides...IMHO
    Clen has helped me greatly,but
    I was ~20% or so when I started.

    Never tried ephedrine..
    .I'll bump this as well...

    I am on Clen at 100 mcgs ED but I noticed some headaches so I guess I will drop it at 80 mcgs that is tolerable...

    Also in regards to heart problems I'd like to quote some things from Hookers clen profile

    "Also, bear in mind that clen isn’t great for your heart, and can cause some issues there (enlargement of ventricles, etc…) but most studies showing clen to cause heart problems are with animals, and even though the dosing is almost similar to what humans take (in some studies it’s within the range of what would be double of a large human dose...) it’s important to remember that animals have more beta-2 receptors and they cause certain event chains that humans’ beta-2 receptors may not. Clen causes cardiac hypertrophy and cardiac necrosis (cell death)to some degree, in some cases. Again though, many studies showing the more significant, possibly irreversible, heart problems are with mg dosing. We humans take clen in mcg doses."

    The most important part is that SIGNIFICANT HEART PROBLEMS OCCUR IN MG DOSING.

    "If we want to duplicate those “theraputic” levels of clen seen in the more conservative studies, we’d still be taking just over 1mcg/lb of bodyweight, twice a day. I’d suggest a bit less than half of that dose, however, even if just to avoid cardiac complications."

    Clen of course has its dangers, but then again so do AAS and other things of that nature, and the main point that most everyone on this site learns is that taken responsibly and intelligently you can greatly reduce or eliminate long term side effects and reap the greatest benefit with the proper application of knowledge,

    why you want to use clen while bulking? doesn't make sense to me. use clen after. i tried that route before and for me it didn't work so well.
