My wife and her friends are thinking about AS. Is a low dose of Deca good/bad? How much would they take? Why Deca? Because that is the one we have the most access to.
She is 5'0" 100lbs. She has been working out for over a year. She has gone from a size 12 to a 1-2. Wants to take it to the next level. Anything on women and deca would help.

from what i have heard, the choice for women and AS is primo...the person to ask would either be jenna or primodonna. they can help you out tremendously

I'd steer them towards anavar and primo...

deca and all other long acting esters are too hard to control. by the time side effects start you can't stop the dose fast enough to let the steroids out of your body. deca will keep being released into your blood for weeks after your last shot, so side effects will have time to set in and become permanent.

I forgot about the winstrol , my buddy's girlfriend is using them right now and they are working very well for her...

oh yeah, keep the weekly mg below 70mg/wk to start. that means no more than 10mg/day of any steroid .

i guess this is a dumb question but can women just stop their cycles and take nothing afterward. do they still keep their gains, or is there something like a clomid for women. i understand the guys need it because of our natty test, but what does the steroids do to women?
