    hahaha sorry bro

    im taking 50mg a day in about 7 days. i will be taking it daily. i would like to know when is the best time to take the pills (im not on injectable winny).

    my friend told me he takes them prior to training, i just wanted to get some more advice.

    Split twice per day... 25mg in the AM and again in the PM. I hope you are taking testosterone injections with this... aren't you?

    winny half life is about 12 hours,so take 25mg in the mornin 25mg 11-12 hours later.
