No, you can get it from deca and tren as well, but its not regular gyno, its called progestrone gyno and only vit B6 well help combat that, nolvadex wont do the trick.

Itchy, tender, sore nipples, also, they can apear puffy (this is sometimes due to water retention though). Keep an eye out for it and if you feel it coming on run nolvadex at 20mg/day for the rest of your cycle.
