im getting deca and i wanna know a plan for my whole first cycle what else do i need i wanna put on 10 to 15 pounds
im 5'11'' 165 18 years im always ripped up but im not big enough i wanna toss on some weight then i can cut it up myself what else can i use help please also im new so dont use too many abbreviations thanks

you definetely need to throw some test in with that cycle higher mg per week than deca. but i would drop the deca and run test only first cycle at around 500mg a week. i would get some nolvadex or letrozole to combat estrogen and then you will need clomid for post cycle therapy. i think i covered the basics.
